• When purchasing a painting you will receive an official certificate of authenticity.
• All paintings are hand painted by Paskie Rokus.
• The most commonly used materials are acrylic paint, pencils, colored pencils and markers.
• The canvases and paint are of high quality. Lifetime warranty guaranteed.
• All our paintings are provided with a high-quality varnish layer as standard. This contributes to the enhancement of the colours and the preservation of the quality of the painting.
• The paintings are delivered without a frame.
• The paintings are finished with a matt black side as standard, so a frame is not necessary.
  

Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery within the Netherlands = Free! The paintings are usually delivered within 1 to 2 weeks. Since this is a special delivery, we kindly request you to provide your email address and telephone number so that we can contact you for further processing.
• Do you live outside the Netherlands and would you like to purchase a painting? Please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to investigate the possibilities for delivery to your location.
• It is also possible to pick up paintings at our location in Arnhem. You can view other paintings that we have at our office at the same time. This can usually be arranged within 2 to 4 days.

Payment and Billing

• Through our webshop we offer a wide range of online payment options. For example: iDEAL, credit card or PayPal.
  
• Would you rather pay cash? This is also possible. You can pay cash at our location or during the delivery of the painting. Please contact us in advance.
  
• It is also possible to purchase paintings with invoice. Each painting includes 9% VAT as standard.
